In addition to his many accomplishments, Steve had a passion for aviation. If he could hear a plane nearby, he would quickly run out of a room to see what type it was. He built a replica of the Wright Brothers 1903 Wright Flyer which is currently exhibited at the Florida Air Museum in Lakeland, FL.
